Randy Lamberjack

Information:

Randy graduated from Ball State University in 1982 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He obtained his CPA in 1986 and CFE in 1990. Randy later worked as a contract manager with numerous accounting firms such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, and Coopers & Lybrand. In this capacity, he performed statutory examinations for Indiana and other states. Randy has devoted his professional career of 20 years to insurance and regulation.

Formerly the Chief Examiner/Deputy Commissioner of Indiana, he left that position in January 1992 to serve as Special Deputy for the Indiana Department of Insurance through October 1997. As Special Deputy, his responsibilities included overseeing troubled companies, managing examinations, and serving as examiner in charge of independent CPA engagements.

In 1997, he founded Noble Consulting Services as an effort to meet the continuing needs of examination services for the IDOI and other state departments. NCS was formed with the mission to provide dedicated contract services for regulatory clients to meet accreditation requirements, capitalize on increasing automation, satisfy requirements of the examination process, and provide experienced professionals to serve a wide array of regulatory needs.
