Mike graduated from Ball State University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Science degree in
Accounting with a minor in computer science. He received his CPA designation in 1989
and his CFE certificate in 2003. Mike has worked with local CPA firms in the Northeast
Indiana area for nine years.
In 1995, Mike was founding partner of Carnes & Dinius CPAs. During this time, he
served as partner in charge of auditing and accounting along with serving as
administrative partner. His public accounting experience encompassed audit, tax, and
consulting services.
In May 2000, Mike joined NCS. He currently serves as vice president and oversees the
daily operations of NCS. Mike was responsible for introducing and maintaining
development of automated audit procedures through ACL at NCS. This process allows
NCS to perform detail reviews on large databases in a detailed and cost efficient
manner.
