Bob graduated from Indiana University in 1982 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He spent approximately ten years with KPMG where he served as an audit senior manager. The first seven years were in the Houston office and the last three years were in the Indianapolis office. Bob managed engagements in a variety of industries including insurance and healthcare. In his role at KPMG, Bob also managed financial condition and market conduct examinations of Fortune 100 insurance companies for insurance regulators. He also served as a Computer Information Specialist and a national instructor. After KPMG, Bob spent seven years with Conseco, Inc. where he served as an officer in the SEC reporting and financial reporting areas. After Conseco, Bob spent four years as a CFO and assistant portfolio manager for a local investment management company and served as an Information Systems and examination consultant for Noble.

Bob oversees Noble’s risk focused examination process as well as its training and professional development program. We also use Bob’s expertise in information systems reviews, investment analysis and review services as well as financial condition and market conduct examinations.
