Nadine graduated from Indiana University in 1987 with a Bachelors in Accounting and joined Anthem, formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana. While at Anthem, she audited hospitals through a government contract with the Medicare program. After two and a half years there, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and was employed by HealthTrust. As a reimbursement coordinator, she prepared Medicare cost reports and provided third party reimbursement support to eight hospitals.

She returned to Indiana after two years and joined St. Joseph’s Hospital as manager of reimbursement. She joined NCS in January 2002 where she is utilizing her various insurance, audit, and healthcare benefit related skills. Nadine is greatly involved as an specialist in many of NCS's specialized investment examinations. Nadine has passed the CPA exam and received her Master of Business Administration at Butler University in 2006.
