Jerry graduated from The Ohio State University in 1976 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He began his career with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in
Columbus, Ohio and held supervisory and management positions in statutory accounting and strategic planning. He later transitioned into information technology with Physicians Insurance Company of Indiana, in Indianapolis, Indiana where he moved from his role as Controller to Assistant VP of Information Systems. Over his career, Jerry has been involved in several general ledger implementation projects and has managed an IT team responsible for developing and implementing a policy issuance system. Most recently, Jerry has been an IT auditor and participated on and managed several projects for testing the effectiveness of IT general and application controls for Sarbanes – Oxley compliance.

Jerry’s background includes experiences in statutory accounting and information technology.

His current role with Noble enables us to provide a wide range of information technology services including business impact analysis and information risk management and assessment. We will also use Jerry’s statutory accounting background in financial condition examinations.
